Artspace on the Go at Raleigh City Farm

Artspace on the Go at Raleigh City Farm
800 N Blount Street
Wednesday, April 17
4-7pm

FREE! Join us for a special Art on the Farm as our Artist in Residence, Julia Einstein, teams up with the teaching artists of Artspace! All materials will be supplied for this all-ages art experience. Participants will come away with a new found love of all things growing and their own handmade miniature artist's studio to cultivate artmaking at home!

Raleigh City Farm is a nonprofit urban farm with a mission to connect and nourish our community through regenerative agriculture.

It is the inspiration for the Artist in Residency,  its growing season is  aligned with the artist’s creative process. The program meets their goal to offer enhanced education and engagement to their community.

Artspace on the Go is a mobile art van to bring professional teaching artists and hands-on art making activities directly to students in grades K-12 and their families across Wake county. Artspace will embark on a new journey this Spring to advance arts equity by visiting Title I schools, community centers, libraries, after-school programs, and public spaces to create new learning opportunities for children and their families to learn new ways to express themselves through art.
