Winter’s sweet kiss is upon us as we enter the cool season so let’s cozy up with some cider as we check out our fall garden and prepare the farm for hibernation. We’ll chat about our favorite cool season crops, long term storage techniques, season extension practices, growing in a greenhouse and high tunnel space as well as cover cropping.
